AI Engineer

Bring practical AI into the retail loyalty experience, on both the merchant and customer side.

You will design and ship features that put AI to work inside FidLoop. Examples include smarter reward recommendations, fraud and anomaly detection, conversational support for merchants, and tooling that helps restaurant owners understand their own data. We care about real, useful AI in production, not demos.

What you will do

• Design, build and deploy AI features inside the FidLoop app and merchant tools
• Integrate LLMs, embeddings and classical ML where each is the right tool
• Own the full loop: data, evaluation, prompts or training, deployment, monitoring
• Partner with product and design to turn AI capability into clear merchant and customer value

What we're looking for

• Strong engineering background with shipped AI or ML features in production
• Comfortable across the stack: data pipelines, model integration, backend services, evaluation
• Familiar with modern AI tooling (LLM APIs, vector stores, retrieval, evaluation harnesses)
• Bonus: experience in retail, payments, loyalty or consumer applications
