What's in the export

• profile.json: your account and profile information (name, email, settings)
• enrollments.csv: restaurants you have joined and your points balance at each
• transactions.csv: every earn and spend transaction across all restaurants
• offers-redeemed.csv: offers you have redeemed
• notifications.csv: notifications sent to your account

Everything is packed into one ZIP file. You'll get JSON for machine-readable data and CSV for tabular data you can open in Excel or Numbers.

How it works

1. Enter the email address linked to your account below.
2. We send a confirmation link to that inbox (valid 24 hours).
3. Click the link. We start preparing your data and confirm in your browser.
4. When the file is ready, you receive a second email with a download link (valid 7 days).

Legal basis

This export is provided under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Articles 15 (right of access) and 20 (right to data portability), and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). The download link is signed and only the recipient of the email can use it.

Request your data

We won't reveal whether an account exists for the address you enter, to protect against email-enumeration attacks. The confirmation email is only sent if the account actually exists.
