Marketing Manager (Growth)

Own how FidLoop reaches restaurants and how restaurants reach their diners.

You will drive growth on two fronts. On one side, you will build relationships with restaurant partners and help them get the most out of FidLoop. On the other, you will run our presence across X, Instagram, TikTok and the channels where diners actually spend time. The role is part field, part studio, part data.

What you will do

• Build and maintain partnerships with restaurant operators across our launch markets
• Plan and run our social media presence on X, Instagram, TikTok and other consumer platforms
• Produce campaigns that help partner restaurants grow their own loyalty audience
• Translate what works on the ground into repeatable playbooks for the team

What we're looking for

• Track record in growth, partnerships, or marketing inside a hospitality, retail or consumer app context
• Comfortable creating content and running paid and organic campaigns end to end
• Strong writer, strong listener, equally at home with a restaurant owner and a product team
• Fluent English; German, French or Italian is a strong plus
